Masonry Association member Bliss Brickwork has recently taken advantage of our exclusive member discount to complete the Visqueen Registered Installer Scheme — a new, industry-recognised training programme for bricklayers who install damp proof course (DPC) products.
Delivered by the National Masonry Academy in partnership with Visqueen and CITB, this one-day course provides both theoretical and practical training to ensure DPC installation is carried out safely, correctly, and in full compliance with current standards and the Building Safety Act.
Bliss Brickwork described the training as highly valuable, highlighting its clear guidance, hands-on approach, and relevance to real site conditions. Upon completion, their team is now officially listed on the Visqueen Register of Approved Installers and the CITB Training Database, gaining verified recognition of their competence and professionalism.
